David Lodder was extremely personable and helpful in securing a loan for a multi-family property. Always had helpful and timely advice and updates. In this difficult market--when interest rates are ridiculously high, and where, in California, merely obtaining insurance is a slog--David was patient and resourceful. When interest rates come back down, I will no doubt be turning to David to refinance.
