While trying to collect my 500.00 deductible, I was told by the receptionist, that was my problem, I had to figure out how to proceed with the other Insurance Co.to recover.
I was charged for service I cancelled then want in to see what happened to my refund the lady in front was very helpful but then a lady came out started being rude act like it was are fault we were charged when it shows and was reported the day I canceled I give 3 stars cause this rude lady had my husband cancel cause she refused to explain why are inc was going up not down even we have no tickets
David and Fernando are extremely customer service oriented and go out of their way to educate and assist you with all insurance and investment needs. David really looks out for his clients needs and guides them in the best path possible!
