Would give this place zero stars if possible. After asking a question about how much longer the wait would be, the doctor kicked my mother out saying she was rude and he wouldn't see her. The practice overbooks appointments and makes patients wait hours without any update on the process or what to expect. Then, when a patient gets frustrated and asks questions, they just rufuse to see the patient and threatens to call the police to force them to leave! Worst experience ever!!! Very dismissive, did not listen to my problems. Had limited vision suddenly and diagnosed with dry eye. Went back several days later with no vision in the eye and he said my vision was fine. Went to ER and was admitted for a 7 day hospital stay. Spent exactly 2 minutes not listening. No trust with this provider. Go elsewhere!!!!!!

Worst Dr office experience ever. From the receptionist to Dr Baker everyone was very rude and seemed to hate their jobs. Dr Baker was a joke, no personality, spent literally 3 minutes with me, didn’t give me an opportunity to ask questions, and had no remedy for my problems. A total waste of my time and money. If you are in Conway, go see Dr Smith, she is at least a caring human and not a robot like Baker.

I had laser surgery on both eyes because after my cataract Surgery 2 yrs ago recently l couldn't see with a very cloudy vision. Dr. Baker said behind my lens it was really bad. So he had to clear that up. Let me tell you I have NEVER seen so GREAT!!! My vision is so clear and vivid. OMG , it was worth the 50 minute drive and the wait at his office and Surgery center.
