Dr is very rude and acts like he doesn’t even want to be there. Would not answer questions I had about my sons condition and sent unqualified people in room to talk to me to answer medical questions. No bedside manner and very unprofessional. Although the young girls and men in office was very friendly, so I don't want to say they was bad.
Getting lowest rating possible. 2 visits with Dr baker and both times my wife was treated rudely. Got call from his office yesterday to come in to see Dr baker, We drove an hour in rain to get there, waited 45 min past appointment time. Saw Dr.Baker less than 1 minute he got up and left like we were waisting his time. No apology. nothing. I tried to speak to him and he disappeared!! I went to baker eye institute to have a consult about chalasiums on both eyes. After 3 hours in waiting room after waiting room, having my eyes dilated, dr baker came in and said he could numb the lids and remove them. Or if I thought i would flip out, he could do it under anesthesia in the operating room. So i figured i was good to go.
