David is an awesome realtor! We have known him over 8 years, buying and selling. He guides you through every step of process. He is super responsive, respectful and diligent. Lisa recently joined the team and they both go out of their way to ensure this stressful time and decision making is in your best interest. Plus, they keep in touch with you over the years and genuinely care for you.

We hired David to sell our house at the time and help purchasing another. He gave great advice to us on how to make our home look better to sell. He did a great job helping us purchase our next home also. We never had any pressure from him to purchase something. He also helped us in looking for some mountain property. I would recommend David to anyone wanting to buy or sell.

David is an outstanding realtor. We have bought and sold all our homes through him over the span of 18 years. He is very down to earth, takes time to understand your needs, and executes flawlessly. My wife and I really appreciate David. He will continue to handle all our real estate transactions.

There were a lot of complications with my real estate sale. There was much expertise and creativity required to get the property sold. David handled every situation competently, legally, and expeditiously. I have bought and sold many properties and dealt with many real-estate professionals. David is the best of all of them wrapped into one. I would highly recommend his services.

We worked with Dave and Lisa on the sale of our home as well as the purchase of our dream home. Both sides of the sales experience were excellent. Very professional and the two made a great team. I would recommend Dave, Lisa or both as a team for any real estate business anyone would need help with,
