I have been going to Dr. Lewis for about a year now for shots for macular degeneration. He is a very kind knowledgeable doctor and I am so thankful to have found him.
Called in to make an appointment and was told I needed a referral or my records forwarded from previous provider. I am new to the area so I had my previous records sent next day. No call no letter no emails from Dr. Lewis’s office for a week. I just called to learn they did receive my records and they didn’t know what to do with them.
