I had a great experience with Dr. Betesh. I was treated for dry eyes, and from start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I understood my condition and treatment options.
If you value your time, choose another place. Showed up on time for my parents appointment but waited 75 minutes to go in. Then waited another 3 hours for a procedure that was supposed to take 15 minutes. Made a few friends in the waiting room (which got to standing room only at one point) and they all had a similar experience
