Roland explained everything to us and gave us options. Everyone was professional, competent and friendly. The price was below their competitors and the system was better. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends. We are very happy with our new HVAC system.

Have used Lavie’s for two different houses. First time was great. The second time was during the purchase of my new home on the Northshore (April 2025). Several things were wrong this time, I’ll start in chronological order: 1) The installers themselves, which I believe were subcontractors, left the freshly painted walls all marked up with their dirty hands. Service is always prompt, courteous, and professional! Tony came on his day off!
Great service and professionalism by Shawn. He spent <20 minutes to do a check (maintenance check) on our unit. He did offer to clean our heater unit not sure why but we passed due to our schedule. He only check the refrigerant Pressures on the outside unit. And amps on the inside unit. Not sure what else he could have done but for 110 bucks seems a little high.
