Dr. Lam was wonderful at my appointment. I even had a question for him the next day and he called me. The staff is extremely friendly. I appreciate them taking me in so quickly. Great job!

I've had no less than 15 surgeries in my life, and Dr Lam and his staff have far outpaced any other Dr I've been to. The office staff are the most efficient and well organized bunch I've ever seen. They're always friendly and on time. Dr Lam spends plenty of time with his patients without causing other patients to wait needlessly. I think he truly likes helping his patients and it shows in the care he gives. I can't say enough about Dr Lam, words don't do justice how highly I think of him.
Dr. Lam is the easiest doctor to talk to that I have ever known. You get a feeling of "This doctor is truly concerned about my well being and why I am here" when visiting him. He spends enough time with you to answer all of your questions and makes sure you understand everything concerning procedures and risks. I am al very impressed with Dr. Lam. I was referred to him by my parents who were also impressed.

I was able to get an appointment very quickly and surgery was scheduled within days. Dr. Lam and everyone in his office was professional and very pleasant. They were always concerned with my comfort.
What about those who don't have medical insurance and can't afford to pay up-front. Those of us that need medical attention can't get it because you want them to pay up-front. Not everyone can afford that, and we end up suffering through pain because we can't get the help we need.

I was referred to Dr. Lam for surgical repair of a umbilical hernia. The condition was not serious or urgent, but I was able to get a office visit promptly, and office staff was very good. Dr. Lam explained what I had, that I could repair or wait, and if I wanted the surgery, he could schedule it right away. I had the surgery the following week..completely satisfied.
Dr Lam was very personable and addressed all my concerns and questions prior to and post surgery. I was therefore comfortable and confident in going into the operating room. He appears to have done good skilled surgery as I am now recovering. I would highly recommend Dr. Lam.
Great Bariatric Surgeon. Very nice and office staff friendly and efficient.
