My children went to their PCP for years & prescribed asthma inhalers with instructions to use as directed. I would call for refills & could pick refills up without being told I need to make a follow up appointment. After several continues months with not much improvement I decided to find a specialist. I contacted Dr. Patterson's office & scheduled two of my kids to see him. The front office staff took time to check into insurance & verify what I was to pay during my visit. I was amazed to find out a board certified speciali... read more

When calling Dr. Patterson's office, there is no delay in a live response from a friendly, courteous, knowledgeable staff member. The friendliness and professionalism of the entire office staff, front and 'back', office is, in my experience, without equal. My sinus issues were improperly diagnosed for years prior to my being examined by Dr. Patterson on the recommendation of my primary care physician and they are 'in check' now with Rx sprays. Dr. Patterson and his team are worth the drive!

I highly recommend Dr. Patterson and his staff! My husband has been to several specialists and Dr. Patterson was the first to take the time to listen and actually figure out what was going on. He diagnosed my husband with EoE and he is now well controlled and doing great. Dr. Patterson was very knowledgeable and he took the time to actually explain the diagnosis so we understood the disease and how to treat it. The front office gals and nurses were nice and also very knowledgeable!

Dr. Patterson and his staff have been an absolute blessing to our family. Two of my three children have the trifecta of food allergies (peanut & tree nut), asthma and what used to be horrible eczema. He was so knowledgeable regarding all of these matters but the eczema being under control has been very important to my kids because they can be so self-conscious about their appearance. He had a plethora of information on how to treat their eczema and when to apply the lotions and creams, and even showed us products that he him... read more

I would not recommend Dr. Patterson to anyone. He had no bedside manners, was rude and condescending and seemed to have no up-to-date knowledge of what a patient wants or needs. He basically told me that unless I was having a life threatening reaction to a food or inhalant that I was wasting his time being in his office. Now he didn't exactly say that but implied that. I would never EVER go to him and I will spread the word to everyone I know never to use this ****.

Dr. Patterson is very condescending and arrogant. If you are looking for doctor that actually LOOKS at you, he's NOT the guy. The staff does everything, he comes in...types on the computer and sends you on your way. The shot staff is wonderful. The office staff is ok.

After a week of being without my allergy medications and suffering terribly I went in to have allergy testing done. After sitting the in office for an hour I was told that I could not have my allergies tested today because my asthma was not up to par. Earlier that week I was told to go off of my Xyzal for 5 days and my singular the night before this caused my asthma to flair up. The nurse practitioner was shocked that I would go off this medication but after telling her her office told me to she did not listen and kept on in... read more
