Hired David L. Mann Lath & Plastering to re stucco my house after receiving 3 quotes from other contractors and I’m very happy with my choice as the work came out fantastic . David called the night before starting the job to verify color and to make sure their starting time was okay. The job took three days. Dave is the Mann (pun intended)! He did a great job for us and I was impressed with the entire process from start to finish. Hired Dave Mann to do the stucco work as part of a kitchen remodel - new french doors, windows and elimination of some old window openings. Fair price, excellent work crew and great job.
Dave is great at his trade, and one heck of a nice guy! I met Dave while he was doing a job ion my Parent's neighbor's house. I watched the job from start to finish. Fantastic job! They fixed a water leak that I've been struggling with for some time. Both Dave and his team are really nice to work with and they performed the work quickly and expertly. I definitely recommend them.
STRONGLY RECOMMEND. We have a water leak above a window when it rains. Dave found the source of the leak almost immediately and have his worker fixed it the very next day.
