I closed on a house in October 2018 and paid my taxes at closing. But Huguenin’s office made a mistake and sent my taxes back to me INSTEAD of the mortgage company! I did receive a check but didn’t think much about it has I had pain ALOT for a REAL ESTATE ATTORNEY to handle this matter. And then I was slammed with a huge payment from the mortgage company which I wasn’t expecting.
