terrible experience! felt i was treated unprofessionally by all staff. never felt listened to or spoken to in a friendly, understanding manner.

The receptionist is very rude, both on the phone and in person. The hygienist will condescendingly lecture you on your tooth care the entire time she has her fingers stuck in your mouth. Dr. Heck will rush in and make an appearance for all of three minutes. They will push Xrays and procedures on you even if you don't need them in order to get more money out of your insurance company. And if you have children, you had better watch them very closely, because they will attempt to perform procedures on your kids without consulti... read more
