Horrible rude inconsiderate office manager and who ever looks into insurance has NO idea what they are doing. My insurance pays 100 percent of my dental work. Whoever went to verify it said they didn’t understand the insurance so I’d have to pay up front n get my insurance to reimburse me. I’ve never in 30 years had to do that. I called my insurance company and I was right I am 100 percent covered up to 4000.00 a year.
