I have been a loyal patient of this practice for over 25 years, but today was by far the worst experience I have ever had. The treatment I received from ARNP Donna Andries was appalling. I called today to schedule an appointment for my annual well check and was told they could not schedule me because I had a $20 balance. That wasn’t a big deal—I was happy to pay it. But then they told me the balance had actually been sent to collections in 2019 for a pregnancy test, despite the fact that I was a cash-paying patient at the time of service and paid in full. I saw Donna Andries yesterday. Very unimpressed with her attitude. When questions were asked it seemed like it annoyed her. Overall, I left with more questions that I entered with. I have since changed practices.

Dr. Boulting has been an absolute blessing. Hes extremely knowledgeable without filling you with fear or pushing anything on you. There's no judgement at all not about weight, or your history His bedside manner alone literally had me crying happy tears I've never been so seen so heard I felt like a human being and I highly recommend . I've also never waited an obscene amount of time or had staff be anything but caring kind and helpful .

DO NOT LET DR. GOSS DO YOUR PELLETS! It was the worst Pellet experience ever. I went to Dr. Goss because of the reviews and because he did hormone pellets. My last CNP was really good inserting the pellets, but she let my testosterone levels get too high. So, in my consultation with Dr. Goss, I expressed the importance of keeping my testosterone at normal levels.
