Spent the better part of 6 weeks trying to get an appointment and when I finally did, they didn’t realize I was pregnant until half way through the appointment even though I said it like 5 times. Doctors will dismiss your concerns even if there valid. I’m 26 weeks pregnant with some pretty concerning symptoms and my doctor just told me to ‘borrow a blood pressure monitor from someone and check it daily’? Ma’am. My wife highly recommends Dr. Boulting but the rest of the office staff is a disaster. Can't find her urine sample, they haven't posted the results of another test taken 13 days ago nor have they posted the office notes also from 13 days ago (and counting). Won't give answers, only excuses. My wife is a cancer survivor and doesn't need the aggravation caused by this office. Stay away for your health!
Wish I could give a 0. This place is so unprofessional. I’ve never been to any establishment where you have insurance and they still charge you just for your insurance to pay for it and now they are holding $400 of mine hostage. I have been waiting for someone to get back with me on how I’d like my money back to me for over 3 weeks. The office passes the buck to billing where billing refuses to answer the phone or call back when you leave voicemails. It is a nightmare. I hate I ever came here.
☆☆☆☆ Advanced Women’s Health Specialists is overall a good clinic, but my experience with Yamilka Morejon, NP, was the worst I’ve ever had in the U.S. She was extremely unprofessional and showed no empathy whatsoever. I was going through a miscarriage — my second one — and she didn’t ask how I was feeling or show even the slightest interest or concern. this place is horrible. Doesn’t even deserve a star. Should’ve listened to the reviews before making an appointment. My first appointment they had me wait over an hour because they “forgot” to check me in. They don’t listen to any of your concerns. Seen over two months ago & still can’t get the proper treatment to clear the infections. Wouldn’t even explain them to me lady over the phone told me to GOOGLE it….
