Extremely rude, refused to listen to my mother's complaints about her knees and told her point blank that she was "too fat" and to either "get bariatric surgery or a scooter." He obviously did not even look at her chart, as he would have seen that she's had bariatric surgery already. Obviously uninterested in providing comprehensive care, and left the room twice to take phone calls and then sent his assistant in the second time to finish the appointment with my mother.
