I am a 73 yr old woman on Medicare. I wasn't in the habit of telling a doctor I have had a yearly Mammograms' for 3 straight visits when asked. I believe a doctor should read your chart Each time you visit and make a Note that a test that the Doctor asked about three times has indeed been done. Did not look at labs or x-rays before he walked into the examining room. I confronted Dr. Ellens on my third visit that he askes me that question each visit. Dr. Ellen's has been such a Godsend. He has helped me tremendously, and has treated me like a human being, not just another 'stroke of the keys'. He listened to my concerns and spoke to me. I highly recommend him, and whoever has the blessing of getting him as a doctor truly will have a gift given to them.
Dr Ellens, saved my life under the will of GOD. My Blood pressure was at critical 190 over 138. I was going through extreme stress. He treated me with care, patience, and compassion. I will never forget him. I’m just sad he moved to Florida. If you are Blessed to live near him, I suggest you make him your primary care doctor. Many Many Blessings to Dr. Ellens and his family.
Dr. Ellens was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us. We learned a great deal just on the initial visit and walked away with a plan.. The office atmosphere was phenomenal! It was warm welcoming and downright joyful. My husband and I had been seeking a family physician that we connected with for some time. We walked away like.. wow Thank God that's it. Highly recommend him.
