I would highly recommend David Kyle. The DMV Closer was able to get me 15K over asking price and was only on the market for 5 days. His staging team was awesome as well! My house looked better staged then when I lived there. :).

David is very attentive and detailed oriented. He held an open house every weekend to make sure potential buyers had plenty of opportunities to see the property. He was available when I called, needed someone to be at the house for repairs, or had questions, which made me feel like I was his only client. I have a deaf dog that gets anxious around new people, David was there for every showing making sure he was comfortable. I had a great experience and will be working with him again in the future!
