Once again my wife was waiting for 1 hours to see NP. 2 times in a row waiting for long periods. Unacceptable!!! My wife was there in the waiting room for 2 hours for her 11:00 am appointment. This is totally unacceptable. Dr. Kunz would not be happy to know of the long wait.

they do not answer the phone. how am i supposed to set up an appointment if nobody ever answers the phone? edit: took them 48 hours to call back.
