As a first time homebuyer I went into the buying process with a lot of questions and anxieties. David was extremely knowledgeable and ensured I was properly informed every step of the way. 12/10 would absolutely recommend David Kramer he was an absolute joy to work with. He was very knowledgeable and always available for any odd random questions or concerns we had. He brought a different perspective to looking at houses and really helped relieve some of the stresses of house hunting. Again I can’t recommend him enough and there is not a doubt in my mind we will be using his services again in the future.
David is the absolute best!! He made buying our first home easy and fun. He is flexible, responsive, extremely knowledgeable, and honest. We will be using him for all our future home purchases!

David was so amazing to work with in the home buying process. He on multiple occasions went above and beyond to help us find and get through the home buying process. He was easy to reach at anytime with any questions I had. He was also very real and honest with the entire process and made the whole thing a very comfortable process. If I ever need an agent again I will be seeking out his services! 10/10 would recommend to anyone and especially younger home buyers!
