Respectful. Compassionate. Reasonable expectations for patient. Great explanation of lab results and why the results require changes to diet and medication. Fantastic explanation of medication and need to time medication and take a certain way. Helpful in suggesting ways to make kidney diet successful. Makes an overwhelming situation less so.

Dr Kracker was super helpful and spent a lot of time with me and answered all of my questions. He also gave me some insight on previous medical tests that my primary physician never discussed with me. The office staff were all very nice too! The only downside was a 2 hour wait. My appointment was at 1:30 and I was put in an examination room and waited another 1/2 hour so about 3:30 ish.
