The front staff here are terrible and will gas light you at every turn. I have been calling the office over the last couple weeks to get them to send me referral to a dentist that specializes in creating oral appliances for sleep apnea. Spoke to a woman name Emy? Who acted like she didn’t know who the practice manager was or that the office had one. (Mind you I spoke with the practice manager last week) I have severe apnea in REM sleep stages which could seriously affect my health. I don’t understand why it is so difficult f... read more

I was called almost 3 months ago to schedule a sleep study and get a phone call today that it needs to be rescheduled. When asked when the appointment would be as I it was already months out when originally scheduled, the not so friendly reception says well you'll be going into August. This is horrible. Cancelled my appointment with Dr Klapper and will be going to find an office with better customer service to start with. Can't complain about the doctor because I didnt even meet him but I dont want to deal with medical offic... read more
Second update: Right after the last update, i was able to get scheduled in for an appointment within the required timeframe. It sounds as though the office is a bit overloaded at the moment, so I'm hopeful that this will continue to improve. Update: Dr. Klapper was indeed able to interpret my results after several weeks. I was prescribed a machine that requires physician followup within 30-90 days. My appointment that I was able to get several weeks ago is 95 days out.
