We meet David and Cathy at their office in Los Altos. They were friendly and no pressure. They asked us where we were looking (Mountain View, Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, Milpitas), budget, must haves in a home, etc. They gave us a book that covers the basics of purchasing a home and includes a timeline for closing.
