Dr. Piros in Statesboro saw my husband first thing in the morning for a welding flash burn. Super speedy and thorough care. Thank you for saving us.
Had to give a 1 star because there are no negative stars. Just called to make a appointment and because they have been so booked up i have not been there in a couple of years. They have become very rude on the phone and just found out that I am now considered a new patient they will not except my Insurance. They only except only one kind of insurance. Now I see why they have dropped to 2.9 in ratings, maybe need to be lowered.
Had an appointment, then they rescheduled. Then upon arriving at my next appointment, they tell me that neither of my insurances are accepted. This is a whole 24+hours AFTER checking in through the digital portal link and uploading my insurances. No one took the time to tell me that they wouldn’t accept them, so the whole 50 minute drive to statesboro was for nothing.
