Great Selection and Quality We have rented and bought violins and cellos from Kerr's for our children and have always been happy with the quality, selection and service. The prices seem reasonable and the staff highly knowledgable.

String instrument repair This shop is kind of hard to find (it's off Holgate in SE), but once you're inside, there are all sorts of instruments to look at and even try out. I love the cello room- it's a soundproof room to try out cellos ranging from cheap to very expensive. I had my cello bow rehaired here, and although no one called me to tell me it was ready, when I went to the shop to find out its status, it was finished and was repaired for a very reasonable price.
