I purchased my first home with David Kahn and we did it all over the phone. It was a great experience. David was always easy to get a hold of by text or call. He answered all my questions. He was so helpful that I trusted him to make the offer w/o even seeing the home. I did not see the home until the day of closing! I felt very comfortable about David’s opinion and coaching regarding what type of home to look for in Prattville. He was right!
