Short wait times. Kind and courteous staff. And a dentist who listens. I can be notoriously tough to numb for a procedure, and Dr. Kacir is very careful to make sure I am (and he's really good at getting me numb without discomfort). He's squeezed me into the schedule at odd times when I've had the need. And he once saw a family member who was here on a weekend on an urgent basis despite her not being (or planning to become) a regular patient. We're very happy with Dr. Kacir.

Dr. Kacir has a sarcastic, arrogant attitude. The office is always calling to have the appointment rescheduled. Then you wait in the waiting room for 45 minutes and the whole visit is completely rushed.

Fantastic dentist! I'm a little uncomfortable about going to the dentist and Dr. Kacir and his staff are wonderful. They are all friendly, calm and reassuring every step of the way. There is never a wait. Dr. Kacir even offers evening appointments! I highly recommend this dentist!

Dr. Kacir's office is wonderful. His staff is warm and friendly and was able to get my insurance info for me and have it all set up before I even went in. They let me know that I would have a copay and that xrays wouldn't be covered by my insurance. It was nice to have that information ahead of time. Dr. Kacir was very thorough in his exam and took the time to answer all of my questions. I left feeling like we had a solid plan, I have a LOT of treatment to be completed. He is easy to talk to and explains very well.

I was pleased with the dental services I received from Dr. Kacir. I scheduled one follow up visit which Dr. Kacir cancelled with barely 24 hours notice because his brother was in town. They were unable to get me another appointment before my insurance expired so now I am left in a worse position than if I had just gone with someone else to start with! Very disappointed by this lack of professionalism.

Do NOT under any circumstances go to this office Dr. KACIR bed side manor is less than honorable he talks to his patient like they are less than human being. He blocked me in one of his patient rooms and went off on me because of a past due bill, he told me I was stopping his office from working and I was keeping his children from eating because of this he grew more and more angry I stood there defense less while he went off on me, I even asked him what are you getting from talking to me like this I also asked do you fell be... read more

Do yourself a favor -find another dentist. Not only are his hours scarce, but when he does work on your teeth, you'll find yourself going back 2 or 3 times to complete one procedure. And you will also be charged $45 if you do not cancel within 24 hours before an appt. And sometimes you're charged the $45 anyway - even when you have called within 24 hours. Look elsewhere - you'll be happier.
