Dr.Kim was extremely professional with great bedside manner. He throughly explain my injury to me as well as my options and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. While a lot of doctors try to run out of the room and go to the next patient, Dr.Kim made me feel like I was his only patient for the day! Highly recommend!
Wonder staff, very easy appointment booking, and impressive Nurses, the PA (Madison - she was amazing!), and of course, Dr. Kim. He took all the time I needed to go through some test results and discuss future options. I felt very comfortable with him and appreciated his willingness to spend as much time as my husband and I needed.
Doctor Kim spent UNDER A MINUTE with me..He stated what he wanted done then asked me a question When I started to answer...this rude doctor turned around and WALKED OUT OF THE ROOM...WHILE I WAS ANSWERING HIS QUESTION!!!!!!! THAT WAS RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, AND INCONSIDERATE AS HELL. Had sister on call to hear what going on and she had SEVERAL QUESTIONS she wanted to ask HE NEVER I asked if I or my sister had any questions He just WALKED OUT!!!
Dr Kim was very personable and provided his opinion. Although he does Outpatient procedures only, he is referring me to OSU for a second opinion. I appreciate his honesty and directness.
