Lately they've made mistakes with my prescription medications and the quality of service has declined. I think I may be finding a new doctor.
Dr Hafen was recommended to me by my pediatrician after my insurance changed. I have been going to Dr Hafen for at least 10 years always felt he and his staff were very nice, knowledgable and professional. The receptionist even stands out to me as a very nice person so I am surprised to see comments to the contrary.
We only trust Dr. MCmanus. He has gotten the right diagnosis when other doctors have failed. I trust him with my children, myself and my husband. He is extremely knowledgeable.
Was not impressed over a week to get back to me with results waited in the room for over 45 minutes. Improperly diagnosed and sent for unneeded tests.
He's like my cardiologist, rheumatologist and orthopedic surgeon all rolled into one. He has validated my health issues and that's invaluable.
Good doc, but waiting is LONG. Try somewhere else if you have little kids.
I've been seeing Dr McManus for a couple of years now and feel that he is extremely thorough and professional. He picks up on things that other Dr's have missed in the past. I am not sure what the people below me are talking about when referring to his staff. I have loved them, although they have switched around a little bit I haven't had any problems with any of them. All around a great experience!!
We recently came from Calif. and were used to Kaiser. There we are given pills and sent home without resolution to the problem. What a big difference it is going to Dr. McManus. He got right down to business ordering tests to find the reason for the problem. We love him ! So far his staff has been friendly and helpful.
He helped me more in one visit than my previous doctor did in 4 years ! I'm very happy my neighbor refered me she told me I wouldn't be disappointed and she was right !
