Had first appointment today at 9a in downers grove. Scheduled appointment 4 months ago. I was called to confirm appointment. I was texted to confirm appointment. I showed up and the lady that works with Dr came out and said he was going to be 45 minutes late to appointment. I drove 40 min to get there on time.
