Was just served by the lovely Hannah at the makeup counter. The product I was looking for was not sold at the Hornsby store but without missing a beat, she arranged for the product to be delivered to my house at no additional cost. What an absolute champion. Best service I've received in forever. Thank you Hannah!

I would like to thank Sophia for her outstanding customer service at David Jones Hornsby store. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and friendly throughout my visit.
