Worst David Jones in Australia. I live in the area so this is my local and every time I have been here there is barely anyone serving. When you do find someone they fob you off to somewhere else . The place is run down and depressing.
A bit Irritating that majority of the counters have no staff at all. Parts of the store look like they've been abandoned. But what changed my experience was Jacky at the perfume counter. I've never had an experience like it. She is incredible at what she does and is very very knowledgeable. I always have a very difficult time finding perfume that I like and this time I also needed one for my partner.
