Absolutely the worst customer service I've experienced. I redeemed my credit card points on a David Jones online order on 3 June. The tracking shows it was packed by the Hornsby store on 4 June, and since then it hasn't moved. I've now spent two separate days on the phone with the online customer service team trying to track down my order. After my first call, I found out a week later that no report had even been lodged. Good store and the sales person at Politix was exceptional. The store itself does need some TLC as carpets in change rooms are worn out.

Horrible. The front old lady with short hair asked me and my client to go to sales area because my client was blind and cant see, she was feeling the clothes. Said it’s a customer area you can go to sale area. Weirdo she’s a customer too
