Austin was great during the walkthrough, breaking down issues and explaining further steps that could/should be taken. Billie Jo was excellent, very fast and helpful with scheduling and answering any questions before and after the inspection. The prices are fair and they work with you through any issues that may arise throughout the process. I would recommend anyone looking to have a property inspected to reach out and talk with them, you won't be disappointed.
David and his apprentice were very efficient, punctual, and friendly during our final new home inspection. I think they did a great job not only producing the expected report, but walking through the issues they found in person with my wife and I. I had some scheduling issues that were completely my builders fault, and David Jones had no problem rescheduling and did so without fuss.
