David was extremely helpful in the purchase of our new home. We are purchasing a new construction and were honestly skeptical on whether the inspection was honestly even needed or not. We decided to er on side of caution and just be sure. He was very thorough and found things that honestly even if we were looking at would not have had the knowledge or experience to catch. We are very pleased.
We used David Jones Homes Services for an inspection of an historic home in Clayton. It was a very thorough and detailed report that covered all the issues that we might encounter. We were under a tight timeline due to the due diligence aspect of the home purchase, and David was able to fit us in to get the report to us so we could proceed comfortably with closing.
