Sarah from home was great I rocked up too early for the click and collect and she expedited the process. If I was her boss I'd give her a pay raise
I visited the store to buy a gift, and Nora’s customer service was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and she took the time to understand what I was looking for. Her kindness, patience, and professionalism made my shopping experience really enjoyable. She went above and beyond to help me, and I truly appreciated her excellent service. Thank you, Nora!
I had a great experience today with Nora! I wasn’t familiar with how the card worked, but she was very patient, friendly, and helpful. She made sure everything went smoothly and that the process was completed properly. Her excellent customer service and kindness really made a difference. Thank you, Nora, for making everything so easy and stress-free! Highly appreciate your service.
Went into David Jones this morning at 9.40am and went to the Bra section. No staff member to be found. Spent 20 minutes trying on bras, still no service. In the end walked out. Only then did I see staff at the fragance counter busy chatting. The place was like a ghost town. End up going to Myers and had a woman service me in 5 minutes. DJ lift your game. Very dissappointed ...
Great service, the staff in men's wear couldn't do enough to help.
