Went to David Jones Carousel looking for some help with an outfit, but there was literally no one around to assist. Walked around for quite a while hoping to find someone, but couldn’t get any help at all. Pretty disappointing experience, especially compared to the excellent service I received at David Jones Booragoon.
Went to buy a perfume Monday morning very quiet yet very difficult to find some in perfume section as the ladies were busy chatting themselves than serving customers . Very poor service . End up getting it from Myer .
Unprofessional classist establishment as per usual,was followed around by security and instantly asked if I need a hand several times even directly after leaving the change room. Then after saying id like to buy the item I was clearly there to purchase I was escorted by 2 staff to the counter and heard them Whisper to eachother seemingly about me. This is across the board with all david jones treating patrons like criminals the second they step foot inside the store,its antagonistic and absolutely disgusting normalised behav... read more
