Had a great experience at this store. Neat and tidy. Staff member Sarah in the Home Department was very helpful and friendly. She helped me pick out a bedsheet set which I'm very happy with. Thank you Sarah!
Looking for eye cream & a new handbag last night. Went to L'Oreal counter, no staff to be seen. Went to handbag area, staff present stood behind counter and watched the customers browsing, but appeared to be talking to herself the whole time (either needs a mental health checkup, or not take her ear buds to work) and never even smiled. Stopped to look at Natio priducts. Display testers were old and oozing, picked out 2 sealed products but no staff again, so put products down and walked out. I had a very positive experience at David Jones Carousel on Sunday morning. Unfortunately, I did not keep my receipt and cannot confirm the staff member's name, but I believe her name tag said "Laidy". She was extremely helpful when I was looking for a gift and took the time to understand what I needed. She asked thoughtful questions about who the gift was for, how it would be used, and my preferences before recommending several bag options.
