DJ is an excellent real estate agent. He is well-connected to other agents, very responsive and helpful, and he takes the stress out of house shopping by making the process fun. DJ helped us buy a lake home near Atlanta. He helped us find potential houses, researched zoning ordinances, and explained local rules such as dock sizes and AirBnb rentals. During the contract negotiations phase, he was astute and helped us win a bidding war on a highly sought after property. We are so glad we used DJ and would highly recommend him!
