Very unprofessional office personnel, and a very untimely “joke” unnecessarily made by Dr Johnson, whom I have never seen as a patient. Tried for over a week to have my medication refilled. Had trouble getting my patient portal, which I kept telling the women at the desk, to no avail. After numerous calls using automated refill request, I finially was able to get online to order. Wonderful caring Dr. David Johnson
I'm sorry now that I chose this doctor for my PC...all I wanted and needed was a caring compassionate physician and I got none of this ...only the run around after a painful diagnosis with no real care...you shouldn't even be in practice if you don't want to take care of your patients....don't go to this doctor...he could care less about his patients....
