Dr. Jiang is incredible . He saw my urgent referral, saw recent testing, and scheduled an appt the next day on his lunch break. I cannot recommend him enough. He ended up doing a HoLEP for my BPH and it has been 100% successful.
Dr.Jiang is extremely thorough and empathic in talking with me about my surgery ahead. Also, he had to be late (by a very little bit) for our telehealth appointment. His staff contacted me by text, phone, and email to let me know. It was above and beyond by them. Great "customer service."
Dr. Jiang was very good during our pre-surgery meeting he projected a calm confidence which is what you want going into a more complex prostate removal procedure. He listened and answered my questions completely. I want to say I rarely post reviews but it is important to share my experience for others doing their research.
