Dr.Jiang is extremely thorough and empathic in talking with me about my surgery ahead. Also, he had to be late (by a very little bit) for our telehealth appointment. His staff contacted me by text, phone, and email to let me know. It was above and beyond by them. Great "customer service."
Dr. Jiang was very good during our pre-surgery meeting he projected a calm confidence which is what you want going into a more complex prostate removal procedure. He listened and answered my questions completely. I want to say I rarely post reviews but it is important to share my experience for others doing their research. I've been seeing Dr. Jiang for years and I've never had any issues with him or the other staff. He explains thing well and in a way that shows his care.
Excellent doctor. Intelligent, explains well, and bedside manner is superb. I feel I am on good hands with this person who is apparent he cares what he does and the people he interacts with.
I had a perfect experience with Dr. Jiang and his team with HoLEP surgery. I had the UroLift procedure earlier at another Doctor’s office, which was useless and a terrible experience. I highly recommend to anyone considering UroLift to skip it and do HoLEP with Dr. Jiang instead!
