The lady at front broke my watch and then I asked how it happened… she said she would fix it for an additional charge. So purposely broke it to convince me to buying a repair through them. Disappointing women

Very nice service and very negotiable on the price
Just had a Mothers' ring repaired and cleaned. $30.00. Courteous, friendly service, I can't imagine a more reasonable price. Ring looks better than new.
