You would think that if you spend 8 thousand dollars and drive 2 hours to see a plastic surgeon, that they would atleast make sure you're satisfied. If your patient tells you something is WRONG, then LISTEN. Swallow your pride or whatever it is, do the necessary testing, and make sure they feel confident that it's not their implant causing issues. I had a double mastectomy with reconstruction. Dr Janssen and his staff are by far the most awesome clinic experiences I've ever encountered. I had awesome results, minimal pain and was treated with respect . The whole staff is just fantastic!
Dr. Janssen performed a blepharoplasty to improve my peripheral vision, which had the additional benefit of making my eyes appear younger and more alert. The recovery process was absolutely painless. The bruising and swelling began to improve within a week. There were suture bumps that persisted for several weeks, but eventually disappeared. Dr Janssen of Fox Valley Plastic Surgery performed my breast reduction to allieviate chronic neck, back and shoulder pain. This was medically necessary, he removed 5 pounds. There is pain associated with the procedure but my chronic pain has nearly resolved. I am only 2 months post-op. Postop pain is gone. Now I can work to heal and strengthen my upper body and exercise without pain. Thank You Dr janssen and FVPS. I highly recommend them.

Lacks communication skills. Surgical skills are fine. He doesn't explain nor does he listen. If you have questions he doesn't like he basically s you to leave. Sorry I ever met him.
I had a breast reduction done by Dr. Janssen, he and the staff were all so helpful and caring before and after the operation and made me feel very comfortable. I am so happy with the results. They do an amazing job and I would recommend Dr. Janssen to anybody looking to get this kind of surgery done.
I had a breast implant that had ruptured, plus my implants were 20 years old and needed to be replaced. I am SO glad I chose Dr. Janssen. He was smart, caring and had a great sense of humor. His staff was also very informative and caring. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. If I ever choose to have another procedure of any kind done, I will certainly go back to him.
He is the best doctor and am so happy with the results I made tummy tuck ,breast lift and augmentation and arm lifting and I had what wanted
