With his marketing, open houses, and networking he got our house sold quickly! He then helped us navigate the process of selling our house while buying the new house, a double close, and even lined us up with a great moving company. 10 out of 10 recommend using David!

Do not use David as a referral agent. I spoke to him on the phone while interviewing for a good agent for my Memphis clients. He closed them, without any updates along the way. He also never paid my referral, despite SO many amiable follow-up requests/conversations beginning on the day of closing and ending 4 months later. I felt like he was just stringing me along until I gave up. I feel icky about the whole thing.
