Dr. Jacob's is a wonderful, caring, knowledgeable physician. He listens, give you that one on one & has a sense of humor. I've been seeing him for years. I gave 4 stars because of the front desk people. The person to greet patients whether it's in person or by phone gives the setting, feel of the practice as a whole. Some of the young ladies attitudes are so bad & they with go back & forth with you.I feel it's time for me to move on to another office/doctor where the front desk has better etiquette.
