SPECTRUM IS THE PLACE! No waiting, friendly staff that takes time to educate and inform you. After years of poor service and a bad experience a Horizon Eye Care I took my 89 year old aunt to see Dr. Wichnoski at Spectrum Eye Care on Colony Road…and she got the royal treatment. Dr Wichnoski took his time to listen to my aunts concerns and offered superb advice. This practice gets 5 STARS! Thank you!
I called over the weekend, and Morgan called back first thing Monday morning to offer me an appointment someone cancelled. The office was busy, but i was seen quickly and got a very thorough exam. Dr. Wichnoski took the time to explain an area of concern, and suggested a referral to a retina specialist. He was in no way alarmist, but he was being cautious. I like that in a doctor. I only wish i'd picked up some referral cards, because i will be telling my friends.
I have been seeing Dr. Wichnoski for about 10 yrs - ever since he started at the Colony Rd. location. He has gone over and beyond expectations in working with me around my difficult contact lens and glasses prescription. His staff have been helpful and friendly in every instance and I'd recommend the practice to anyone.
We have been a patient of Dr Wichonski for years. He has been a great doctor. Our family members have had issue getting in touch with his staff to make appointments. We receive reminders through mail and text to call for appointment. We do call and always go to answering machine. They never respond to our voice messages either. I have seen he has so many people in front office. How long can this business survive?
