Had a great experience with Dr. Wang. 5 stars! He was attentive and thorough. However, I had such an unpleasant experience with his staff I am considering moving to a different provider. The office staff were disrespectful, unhelpful, and uncaring. I was 11 minutes late to an appointment. When I knew I would be late I called and let them know. I have seen Dr. Wang since suffering a stroke in July of 2024. He and his partner, Viet Tran, have been on point with my cardiac care and recovery. When other doctors have misdiagnosed me, Dr. Wang has clearly explained what is causing any symptoms I'm experiencing and what we are going to do in order to resolve them. He listened to me with my desire to get off as many medications as possible and is working with me to accomplish this goal. I highly recommend him and his team. I called and shared my systems and concerns and have been told i had to wait till December. Really two months? If i wasn't worried i would have called and asked to be seen. .
I was transparent, open and polite while stating my concern is preventative care. I said my mom was 51 and died of MI. He said well let’s be objective. I responded okay. My mom went to PCP for pain she thought was her hernia , sent home and she died 2 two days later.
