The purpose of this visit was to address my mother’s eye condition. Instead, Dr. Ramsey repeatedly criticized my mother’s weight—comments that were unrelated to her diagnosis, inappropriate, and deeply upsetting. No meaningful care, guidance, or treatment regarding her macular degeneration was provided during this visit. I do not recommend and she will not be returning.
