Knowledgeable, accessible, explained things clearly
Arrogant and unreliable. Unilaterally rescheduled my appointment with no consultation about my schedule. Looking for a new ophthalmologist!
David Palmer is always running 2-3 hours late. That's understandable that things get backed up, but I often hear him taking personal phone calls down the hall or even in the same room with me! When I complain to the staff, they say it's like that everyday! He doesn't explain anything in the exam room and doesn't listen to what I'm saying half the time. I'd highly recommend going elsewhere.
