I was visiting Great Bend and had a dental emergency. I called Dr. Hart's office for help. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. Dr. Hart did an an excellent job taking care of me. Great Bend is very fortunate to have such a kind, caring dental office.
Dr Hart and his staff are great. They’re wonderful with my children. However, the last 3 we have been there we’ve had issues with scheduling. They called to reschedule my two kids’ appt and when they’d did they didn’t leave their appts at the same time ... so one went back, came out then the other went back. I schedule them Together so the other doesn’t get restless in the waiting room. The last two times we’ve been there we had a 35 and 40 minute wait!!! When I finally ask they tell me the Dr is behind. When I started going to this office, another Dr was in it also, now that he has left you can't schedule a timely appointment and when you do reach a person, Sue the lady that answers the phone is the rudest unprofessional person I have ever had the misfortune to talk to. I wouldn't recommend this place due to her alone.
I went to Dr Hart on Monday morning and he was so ride and disrespectful to the nurse and myself. Cussed multiple times and actually stopped in the middle of pulling my tooth to yell at me. I have always been scared of dentist and he's the prime example of a bad dentist. Plus he left 2 out of the 3 roots still in my mouth. I will Never go back or allow my children to be be seen my this man. Very disappointed in the professional aspect of my visit.
It's too bad the immaturity and unprofessionalism of a few damns the lot. By far the worst dentist in GB and my wife was the patient. The new doc wasn't so flirty with the nurses when his wife showed up. Just saying. Top to bottom, fail. The chair didn't even work. Whoever thinks he's the best has not been anywhere else. Congratulations on making a veteran and his wife feel like dirt. Please go anywhere else.
Husband and I went in for six month cleaning. It was our first and only visit to Dr Hart's office. We both went for a cleaning and xrays. We were both told we had very serious gum disease which needed immediate attention. Very expensive. Scared us but then they did not clean our teeth. It was all about scheduling our gum scaling. We decided to get a second opinion.... Neither of us have gum disease. It is a sales pitch. Very unprofessional and wrong. Very relieved to find out our gums are fine.
My kids love going to see the staff at the dentist office and I love how good and kind they are.
