I personally love the wamness of everyone there. They make you very relaxed and therefore a much better experience for me and Dr Franz. He is so gental and kind always asking how I feel about how things look or feel he works very hard to do the job just right. And to make the experience complete if you are very lucky Dr Franz wife and 3 beautiful girls younger ones are twins and older likes to tell all about her sisters; they are a precious family indeed! I have been a patient here for several years (since moving to the Cincinnati area) and have always been impressed with this office. Dr. Franz has and his staff are very professional yet also make me feel like family at every visit.
Great friendly service every time I am treated by Dr. Franz and staff. Dr. Franz is always willing to take an extra moment to talk about any concerns and explain all dental options/treatments.
I'm always a little nervous going to the dentist but Dr. Franz and staff ALWAYS make me feel welcome, like we are old friends. He also has a very calming voice.
Top notch service! David, Kera, and Molly treated me with kindness and welcomed me as a new patient with open arms! Thank you so much for your great work and hospitality.
