I took my four-year-old to Dr. Franz for a check-up and I was so happy with our experience! The technician who did his cleaning was wonderful - she was happy and fun, and explained to him what each instrument she would be using was, putting him completely at ease. I was able to be right next to him the whole time, even with my two-year-old; we were welcome as a family. I highly recommend this office - the whole team is great!
As usual Dr. Franz is always understanding and he explains each procedure fully. I feel I am kind of a pest when it comes to asking questions, but he always takes the time to answer them. Also I have a neurological disorder which requires additional attention and Dr. Franz is always understanding.
I had a dental cleaning appointment with Kera this am at Dr. Franz's office. Kera was excellent both in terms of making me feel comfortable and completing the cleaning professionally. She kept good conversation going the entire cleaning. I really appreciate her style and work. I highly recommend her.
Great first experience. Punctual, attentive and very detailed with the x-rays and cleaning. Dr. Franz was excellent and spent a lot of extra time with the examination. Would recommend them to all of our friends and family.
Customer service, technical skills and response to questions are excellent. I've been a patient of Dr. Franz since the beginning and I won't visit any other dentist. He and his staff are the best!

It took me many years to find a dentist that I don't dread going to my appointments. Everyone and I mean everyone that works there are the nicest, kindest people. They're gentle, efficient and really know their profession.
I hadn't been to the dentist in several years and I was nervous going into this visit. I've had bad experiences in the past with dentists who seem to have a shaming quota. Fortunately, Dr. Franz was not one of these dentists. He was kind and thorough and took time to help me understand what he was seeing and what needed to be done. I'll definitely recommend him to others.
Everyone at the David J. Franz, D.D.S. office is caring, attentive, and friendly. Top notch, gentle care!
