Starting to use them this summer. The first month, they destroyed part of my lawn. Took three weeks for Meredith to get back to me and three months to fix. This week, I put in an invisible fence and a few of those little flags for training. They refused to cut my grass saying "it was policy" because there were flags, they didn't cut. What??? That's ridiculous. Horrible lawn cutting, and trimming and they never weed whack so I have to go back and do it myself. My lawn has never looked so bad!
Our condo complex hired this company for the first time this summer. Big mistake. They destroyed my backyard by running their machines through a very wet area. The damage was so bad and they kept running over it again and again. Nothing was ever said to me, no offer to fix the damage. I've asked them to lower the blade on my backyard grass but they have refused. My yard has never looked so horrible.
