Great communication explanation and execution of surgical procedure.
Dr. Ozuna zeros in on the problem and explains what needs to be done. He is very kind.
Dr. Fu made a difficult situation far easier to handle. He was welcoming, incredibly knowledgeable and presented me with multiple treatment options, that helped make the decision a lot easier. He communicated and was attentive to the issues and laid out a plan to recovery. The best in the business!

Dr. Fu was amazing my daughter had an emergency and was sent to the ER and provided substandard care. The ER wanted to treat her and push her out as a number. When I requested a 2nd opinion with a hand specialist Dr. Fu fit her in the same day, provided us with three great options and had her scheduled for surgery the next morning. Don’t now. I had a follow up surgical appt with him. He did not show up. I met with PA. When I asked if I was seeing Dr. Fenhel, I was told I can if I want to but will have to wait. Upon my arrival to the exam room, he was talking with nurses, etc. and when I left he was talking to nurses, etc. I’m a bit at a loss. I had my hip replaced at SMN and left my surgical appt feeling very positive. Dr. Fenhel could have at least spent a couple of minutes to see how I was doing.
