Dave and Kitty are great. The rest of the staff, not so much. The other PCPs neither seem to know what they’re talking about nor care what you’re saying. The front desk staff will cancel your scheduled appointment without alerting you if you have the audacity to try to schedule an unrelated appointment. I’ve been following Dave for over 20 years, but it’s not worth it any longer to put up with the dismissive nature of the rest of the staff. Too bad… I’ll miss him.
