I had switched over because I heard such great things about Barney, PAC. I haven’t actually seen him in over a year. The new PAC is very nice and the nurses are great. HOWEVER, the lady who sits at check out is the WORST!!! She will be quick to cancel your appt if you have any type of balance EVEN THOUGH it’s very evident that you are making payments on your balance. Apparently it’s not good enough for her. Dave and Kitty are great. The rest of the staff, not so much. The other PCPs neither seem to know what they’re talking about nor care what you’re saying. The front desk staff will cancel your scheduled appointment without alerting you if you have the audacity to try to schedule an unrelated appointment. I’ve been following Dave for over 20 years, but it’s not worth it any longer to put up with the dismissive nature of the rest of the staff. Too bad… I’ll miss him.
