Every single time I've dealt with a receptionist via phone they are RUDE, sarcastic, and NOT HELPFUL. I was referred here to address my son's hearing loss and it's been a nightmare. The ONLY person in that whole clinic I respect is Dr Shmeltzer. She was amazing, nice, and very knowledgeable. When I got to Collins she ordered an MRI which was traumatic enough for my TEN year old that was injected with contrast and then orders a CT scan and all this unnecessary expensive and traumatic testing that wasn't going to help his hear... read more
Dr. Desmarais Is by far in the worst pain specialist I've been to. He does not care about your problems and is not willing to help. He put me on an anti-depressant to control my pain and it ended up giving me suicidal thoughts. They did not call me back for 4 days after I gave them this information! How messed up is that?! How does this pos still have a job??
